SESSION 1 - SEE IT

Together, we'll walk through a process to help you solidified a long-term goal. We'll talk about what life will look like a year from now, how you'll feel, and what you and others might say differently. We'll talk about what you already have in place to succeed and discuss areas where you may need more support.

SESSION 2 - SET IT!
~ 1 hour
We'll cover the importance of believing in yourself to bring new possibilities to life. Seeing it is one thing, believing it is another. Your homework for this session will be vitality important to your success in the next year. Reminder: you are awesome!

SESSION 3 - GO GET IT!
~ 1 hour
With a clear intention and self belief in place, you are ready to rock your goal. We'll build on the tools we've used so far to unleash your potential and get you focused on what matters most in the next 30 days. When you do the work, you will see the results you already believe are possible!

SESSION 4+ - FOCUS!
~ 1 hour
We'll check in and see how you're feeling. Together, we'll set another 30 days goal with weekly success to get you one month closer to your larger goal. Focus is key.

After session 4, some people feel self-sufficient while others feel like continued coaching is beneficial. Whatever you decide, I'm here and will always be in your corner!
